DiSC Assessments and Workshops

You can see that something is not working in your team.

Maybe communication keeps breaking down in the same places. Maybe certain people clash repeatedly and nobody quite knows why. Maybe you have managers who are technically capable but struggle to get the best out of the people around them.

You have probably tried to address it, but without a shared language for how people work differently under pressure, the same patterns keep coming back.

DiSC gives your team that language

It is a behavioural assessment that helps people understand how they are wired, how that shows up in their working relationships, and why certain dynamics create friction while others create flow. It does not put people in boxes. It opens up conversations that would otherwise be very difficult to have.

What DiSC looks at

Understanding personality styles

DiSC is a widely recognised behavioural assessment that helps people understand their personality traits and how they influence their interactions with others.

DiSC profiles behaviour across four styles. Most people have a primary style and elements of others.

  • D – Dominance: Direct, decisive, and results-focused. People with a strong D style drive things forward but can sometimes move faster than the people around them.
  • I – Influence: . Enthusiastic, sociable, and persuasive. High I individuals bring energy and ideas but can sometimes struggle with detail or conflict.
  • S – Steadiness: Supportive, reliable, and team-oriented. Strong S individuals create stability and loyalty but can find change or confrontation uncomfortable.
  • C – Conscientiousness: Analytical, precise, and quality-driven. High C individuals bring rigour and accuracy but can sometimes get stuck in the detail or avoid making a call.

How DISC can help individuals

A DiSC assessment includes a full personal report and a 90-minute 1:1 coaching session with me. You will come away with a clear picture of how you lead, communicate, and respond under pressure, and practical strategies for working more effectively with the people around you.

How DISC can help teams

A Group Dynamics DiSC Report brings all the individual profiles together to show how your team functions as a whole, where the strengths sit, where the friction comes from, and how the team behaves when the pressure is on.

From there, I design and deliver a tailored workshop that gives your team the practical tools to apply what they have learned. The workshops are interactive, direct, and genuinely useful. People leave with better self-awareness, a shared language, and a clearer picture of how to work together more effectively.
