I would recommend Joanna to anyone who finds themself at a crossroads in their career.
I was stuck in an organisation and role that I had outgrown and was no longer enjoying.. Joanna helped me navigate my way through what was.a very difficult decision, but one I have never ever regretted and wish I had made earlier !!
I am so much happier now in my career and have a much more fulfilled work life balance with the flexibility to choose the work I do and who I work for. I have more time for myself and my family (and of course more holidays) Life is too short, and you are at work too long each day to not enjoy what you do.
