I found the sessions I had with Joanna to be really insightful. They made me think about how I am as a person, what I am drawn to, how my personality traits fit within the environment I work and also how I can manage those interactions with people who have slightly differing traits to me. Joanna made me feel comfortable to open up to her. While some of the conversations were quite challenging to think about, I came away from each session with a clearer perspective than when I went in.
