Crack the people code with DISC

Why DISC works

Understanding what makes people tick is the key to stronger teams.

DISC assessments help you crack the code behind behaviour, making it easier to connect the dots and improve how your team works together.

A proven tool to drive meaningful change

As an accredited DISC practitioner, I help individuals and teams gain powerful insights into their behaviour, communication styles, and working relationships.

Whether you’re looking to improve self-awareness, strengthen team collaboration, or create a more productive work environment, DISC is a proven tool to drive meaningful change.

What is DISC?

Understanding personality styles

DISC is a widely recognised behavioural assessment that helps people understand their personality traits and how they influence their interactions with others.

By understanding your DISC style and the styles of those around you, you can improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and build stronger working relationships.

DISC focuses on four key personality styles:

  • D – Dominance: Direct, results-driven, and decisive. People with this style thrive on challenges and take charge but may sometimes overlook the perspectives of others.
  • I – Influence: Sociable, enthusiastic, and persuasive. High ‘I’ individuals bring energy and positivity to a team but may struggle with details or conflict resolution.
  • S – Steadiness: Supportive, dependable, and team-focused. They excel at creating harmony and stability but can sometimes resist change.
  • C – Conscientiousness: Analytical, detail-oriented, and precise. They value accuracy and logic but may struggle with indecision or perfectionism.

How DISC can help individuals

Taking a DISC assessment provides a deeper understanding of how you behave at work, how you interact with colleagues, and why certain people may frustrate or inspire you.

With a comprehensive DISC report and a 90-minute 1:1 coaching session, you’ll gain personalised insights and practical strategies to improve your professional relationships and career progression.

How DISC can help teams

For teams, DISC goes beyond individual insights. A Group Dynamics DISC Report brings together the profiles of all team members, offering a big-picture view of strengths, challenges, and how the team performs under pressure. This leads to:

  • Improved communication by understanding different working styles
  • Greater team cohesion through recognising and valuing strengths
  • More psychological safety, enabling people to contribute with confidence
  • Increased efficiency as misunderstandings and friction are reduced
