We start with a DISC personality assessment, which you complete online and receive a full report. In our first session, we dig into your profile together to uncover insights about how you lead, communicate, and respond under pressure.
From there, we build a coaching journey shaped around your goals, strengths, and challenges.

Flexible support when you need it.
You can book three sessions to start with, and we’ll review from there. For some people, that’s enough. Others choose to continue.
There’s no fixed programme or pressure.
Sessions can be virtual via Zoom or in person, depending on your location.
Coaching Fees
You can book an initial block of three 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each).
After that, we’ll review together whether more sessions would be helpful.
I use a tiered pricing model to keep coaching accessible and fair, depending on who’s funding the support.
